Hello, I am from Singapore and this is my personal blog. I am currently undertaking my bachelor degree in Brisbane, so this blog is to keep my family and friends in Singapore updated on my life. I also see this blog as a medium for me to improve my mediocre writing skills, as well as to sustain this tiny interest I have in writing.
Right now, my biggest passion is in Korean culture and language, something that stemmed from Korean entertainment in 2006. I spend a lot of my spare time on Korean entertainment, watching k-dramas, variety shows and updating myself on Kpop news. I have been learning the language for almost 3 years and although I can communicate fairly well with Korean native speakers, I am still far from being fluent. My goal, of course, is to become fluent in Korean so that I can have the opportunity to become a translator in the future.
